  • Do I need to wear a mask?

    Yes. You are required to wear a mask while attending our event at all times. This is a house rule, no exceptions.

  • My friends and I have different ticket times, what do we do?

    No problem! Just show up at the preferred ticket time with your group and let the check-in person know you have differnt ticket times in your party.

  • Is it a timed event?

    No. We want you to enjoy your stay at Spacecraft and you are allowed to stay as long as you want. 9pm ticket holders should keep in mind we close at 10pm.

  • Will there be social distancing?

    Lots of it! Our warehouse and breezeway is over 11,000 combined square feet which will give each person over 60+ sq. ft of personal space to enjoy the experience!

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Sorry, due to the limited nature of the event, we are not able to issue refunds.

  • Are there restrooms on site?

    We have several portable restrooms complete with sanitizer stations located just outside the entrance.

  • Do you have a phone number?

    We do not. If you have a question we respond to Instagram direct messages fastest, please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

  • I need to change my ticket time, what do I do?

    Message us on Instagram or email us and if we have the availability, we do our best to help you.

  • Is there parking?

    We have a large lit and free parking lot adjacent to our building located off Bermuda St, just south of 10 Mile Rd.

  • What is your address?

    3353 Bermuda St., Ferndale, MI 48220.

  • Can I take photos?

    Yes, absolutely. All we ask is that you please be respectful of others while you're crushing the photo shoot.

  • Are costumes allowed?

    Allowed, and encouraged.
